Its Saxifraga x calabrica Richard Ball
(S.longifolia x S.callosa)

Saxifraga 'Richard Ball'
This saxifraga that I bought last year at the plant fair in Utrecht. It is in beautiful bloom now.. It is supposed to be a type of Longifolia.
But I cannot find any further information about this 'Richard Ball' Saxifraga
Saxifraga longifolia is monocarpic. This means that the plant forms only one large rosette and flowers only once, after which it dies completely. It does not produce side rosettes or runners, so unfortunately, propagation by cuttings or division is not possible.
Hybrids apparently do produce side rosettes. So I hope to see those later.
